It is unfortunately very common to have at least one tendon broken during the construction of a new elevated structure. And too often, a “fix” is applied, without proper consideration for safety, code requirements or documentation. PT Tech was selected to address this topic during a 45 minutes technical presentation at the May 2023 PTI convention in Miami.
